Ken - a real human - was great! Once I finally got out of the AI loop and reached Ken things went great. The local number they list on their letterhead, sends you right to their national phone number. After several attempts through their spotty AI, I finally got connected to Ken and got everything done. Yay for Ken! Boo for AI!
Place was immaculate. Ken Daniel, the manager was vey friendly and helpful. A pleasure to do business with.
Ken and Marcus helped me out tremendously with my storage needs, i would recommend them if you’re looking for a good reliable storage facility with good security and costumer service.
Ken was awesome - very easy to get set up and the facility is well laid out. Five stars all the way around.
I had an excellent experience working with Ken at Right Space Storage. He was professional, friendly, and went above and beyond to make the process smooth and stress-free. Ken took the time to answer all my questions and made sure I felt comfortable with everything. Highly recommend Ken and this storage company if you’re looking for reliable service!
