Not particularly impressed at all with the storage units here , especially for the price being charged. These units have absolutely no ventilation causing mold growth overtime on any materials inside the unit. Also, I have already had multiple occasions where I have found rats nests inside boxes in the unit. On top of that I have had issues with the price of the unit increasing one month to another. The establishment is clean. The staff is polite, pleasant, professional and very helpful.
If I could give 10 stars I would. Did everything online and followed up with a call to the office for some questions. Ms Jeanette was so helpful and nice. Best customer service in a long time. Unit itself was very clean.
Very courteous everything was done from home got all my information on the spot
Excellent service, friendly and helpful. Clean and bright facility that is very secure.
