We had a storage unit here for about a little over a year and never had any issue here. Pretty affordable and staff is always kind. They were very helpful upon canceling our account with them and did not give any fuss about it. They were great and if we ever need a storage again we will definitely use them.

I was recommended to this storage from my friend and I got to say that the price is a good deal if you are a student. I used this storage for a year and the paying policy is lenient. However, I had a lot of bad things happen to me (theft, broken elevator, and animal bite marks/holes on my mattress cover) at this place due to minimal security and maintenance of the place. Ladies are nice, but the area around isn't the safest place and the police just comes and go if something gets stolen. Not really the worker's fault.
Management is friendly and the place is very professionally run. The property is clean and well maintained. I like the fact that there aren't people just hanging out around their units. Perfectly located in downtown riverside near UCR. Thanks Kris for the great service!
