The office had an unpleasant odor. It was hard to enjoy the visit
Dr. Patel was very nice and professional. Kristi the hygienist was very gentle and thorough while cleaning my teeth. I also have to say the front office staff is particularly amazing too! This is the only dentist office I’m not dreading going back to. Thank you all for a pleasant experience.
We LOVE Dr. Patel and her office staff. There are no better :) My three children, husband and I all see her and could not be happier!
Staff is AWEFUL! They refuse to file secondary insurance, saying “you pay us and we will reimburse”, but they never file to start with. They never return phone calls, why have voicemail if it’s never checked. Rima isn’t even that nice/helpful. Very condescending.
