Excellent service and knowledgeable and pleasant service representative. Very reasonable and efficient. Wouldn't use anyone else and would highly recommend Rinaldi's Air Conditioning Service for all plumbing, air conditioning and heating repairs.

Rinaldi's installed a new water heater in my home about 14 months ago. The plumber that installed the water heater, "GABRIEL", was extremely professional, efficient, and competent! So, when I needed replacing 3 leaking facets and replacing a toilet, I naturally called Rinaldi's again. I was very happy today when I saw that the plumber that Rinaldi's sent out to do the work today was "GABRIEL". The work was again done very efficiently and professionally and fairly priced. I've been using Rinaldi's for about 20 years and here's why - when I have a problem with my air conditioning they come right away. Their techs are very knowledgeable and answer any questions you have. They're professional, The property manager for my condo complex always said she never worried if it was Rinaldi's coming to do an installation - they knew what they were doing. Nothing is ever a problem with Rinaldi's - they just fix whatever it is, even if it's difficult. They find a way and don't worry you about it. My experi... read more

This place is VERY EXPENSIVE... We had a $189/year Peak Performance annual maintenance contract but the air handler cleaning is $273 (it wasn't even totally clean, still seeing a black growth in the wiring, etc.). I was comparing their prices with other companies and found out that you can get $265/year maintenance including air handler cleaning and sanitized. This A/C industry should have a standard pricing.
