1 month after I started the service one of my lines was not working. I called tech support they had me add an emergency location, but that didn't work. I called again and they suggested things like uninstall and install the app, try ****** chrome, try wifi, try no wifi, try calling from laptop instead of your cell phone but none of it worked. Absolutely terrible customer service. As you try to solve the problem by reaching up to higher up it gets worse

Horrible support. Bringing on hundreds of agents and there is no way to get support that is clear, on a good connection, easy to understand (this is not about accent, but about fluency), or reliable.Constant reasons of bureaucracy or laziness cause us to not get support. This is insane.We need a US based account rep or we are going to be switching to five9.You just can't get support from this company.

They renew contract automatically even though we had spooken with them previously about wanting to know when our contract would be up and wanting to switch services. They never told us they would renew automatically or how to get out of service. Went online and no help availabe.The systemdoe not work with our dental office.

Two stars. This service worked for me as advertised but the ownership here is cheap. I paid for four phone numbers in a one-year deal up front, paid something like $1800.00 for the four lines. I was expanding my business. The new employees didn't pan out, my business fell into hard times in Q3 and Q4 of last year. Then things started turning out better in Q1 after I laid off the two employees. I cancelled their lines with ring central, and accrued something like $500.00+ in "credits". Terrible, HORRID, absolutely horrendous/scary service. I am a medical doctor that runs a pretty standard medical clinic that used the Ring central VOIP service for the past 6 months. In those past 6 months, our clinic has had numerous outages of phone service, dropped/missed calls, misrouted calls by the auto attendant and more. Sadly, there is ZERO customer service. Automatic contract renewal without agreement is a very shady practice. I had reached out to the company previously because my business was now closed, and I could not get out of my contract since I had a year left.I waited until my contract was nearly finished and asked them via chat and email what happens at the end of the contract. They said that someone would get back to me. I told them to contact me via my personal phone/email, and I didn't hear back. Okay Service, ************************************* itself is decent for the price. However, as soon as you need to reach customer service this company is abysmal. I have been stood up for two meetings and been able to reach anyone through customer service. The only line that is answered is sales. I ultimately would not recommend Ring Central. I am in the process of opening a second business and after being stood up for a second meeting I will be looking at ANY other affordable option moving forward.

I put up with Ring Central for 3+ years before giving up on them and switching to Ooma. They charged me over $400 to quit the service thanks to their undocumented self-repeating contracts which they renew automatically without telling you they will, and without notifying you when they do. Call quality ranged from not very good to fairly good. There is significant lag time between when you speak and when the person at the other end hears you, and phone calls are prone to staticky sounds and dropouts. Don't bother complaining ... read more
