Good Pros: I think what I most like about Ring Central is the fax capabilities. Just sending a simple email and it turns it to a fax. Cons: I would probably say my least favorite thing about Ring Central is the price. Its maybe just a little high but not bad.
"Great for a small business looking for VOIP and E-FAX" Pros: The best attribute by far is the ability to Fax to your phone number... With E-FAX it prints right to my printer, and alerts me on my monitor!Cons: If you don't log in when your computer turns on, you can miss a fax. Many times, I didn't realize that I did not login and faxes get backed up.
"I am a Sales Representative" Pros: I think the ability to log this program into other programs has been very easy to be able to track this information. I also like that we are able to utilize this information with faxes, texts, voicemails, and other information. It has been incredibly easy to use this program.Cons: I have found that leaving my computer turned off of a night that my RingCentral information gets logged out too. I have also found that there is confusion of which number I am calling clients with.
"Great and Easy to use" Overall: Easy communication with our caregivers and clients. Use of the software on cellphones. Faxing capabilities. Call conferencing.Pros: It is very easy to use and is a great tool to be in contact with our clients and caregivers. I love using the texting feature on the computer.Cons: There really isnt anything that I dont like. I would have to say though that the faxing feature could be upgraded just a little, making cover pages can be a little confusing.
"Excellent cloud phone system for small business!" Overall: Seamless phone integration across multiple offices, a greatly reduced cost, and higher reliability and redundancy.Pros: Ring Central is extremely easy to use and set up. Reliability is second to none and it has allowed me to seamlessly integrate our corporate phone system across three offices spread out around the country. "Great product for a business on the move" Overall: We now have the ability to customize our entire phone system at the click of a button.Pros: I love the ability to customize everything within the phone system. This software provides a small to large company the ability to be very agile with their phone systems.Cons: Difficult to learn the software at first. It is a cumbersome software, that can take some time to set up correctly but once you have it set up it is worth every minute and dime spent doing so.
"Best softphone ever" Pros: This tool is great for any company. Our call center gets everything it needs with Ring Central. Many reports available and calls are recorded automatically which is great.Cons: Even the automated recording is fine, sometimes you need to securely pause the recording to avoid saving sensitive information. I do not see that option available
"System works Well , However the worst customer service" Pros: App works well. Desktop version seems to be very easy to learn . Also can set up password for each of your numbers....Cons: Customer service Horrible .. Call in for help with my account. No one I spoke with doesn't want to help.
"Great virtual contact center" Pros: Ringcentral makes it easy for our team to call clients, have a phone tree setup for when they call and much moreCons: They never have 415 area codes and I have to request them to get these. This means calling their outsourced support department and while friendly, it takes forever to get things done
