great tool for streamlining communication Pros: The ability to have a central office number for all communication and texting is great! It is so helpful to have the app not tied to a single phone, so depending on who is working, they can log in and monitor the office remotely. Cons: I would love to be able to mark a text message as unread through the app on the computer. "Great VoIP for use both in the office and the field" Pros: Ring Central provides a great, web based hub for receiving/sending calls not only within our office, but also with the field. Customer calls to stores can route to our office should they not be answered. Online interface is great for reviewing messages, missed calls, setting up voice recording and connecting with others on the network. "Mixed Feelings" Pros: We have had RingCentral for a while now and it was a very rocky start (not going to lie). However, they have come a long way and improved significantly. Amongst some of the improvements, the most important and positive are their call quality, their customer service, and call processing. Some of the features (e.g. call notifications) were very inconsistent and calls were not being received. "100% recomended for call centers" Pros: I have been using the software for about 6 months and the call quality is great, reports, recordings, everything you need you can have it with Ring CentralCons: I if want to monitor agents or realtime calls I have to pay extra for that, this should be included on my licence.
"Best thing ever in call centers" Pros: Record calls automatically is the best thing that can happen on call centers. You do not have to worry about click windows or buttons to record all calls.Cons: There should be an option to pause the recordings. Only the admin can access to them which is a good thing. There should be an option to pause them, but I have not figured it out yet.
"Best software ever for call centers" Pros: Easy to use, easy to setup, easy to work with. Reports are very good and handy. Quality is excellent during calls. Best of all, PCI compliance.Cons: Extra must be pads if I want to monitor the agents and queues. This tool should be included on the Admin plan/user. Also, all users must pay the same even if they only need and ext for the company and will not be included in queues or taking customer's calls.
