"Great Application" Overall: No worries about connections or equipment. To have such an application as good as this and as compatible in all facets is wonderful! ALL IS GOOD!
"RingCentral great to work with." Overall: The young man worked very hard to get my problems solved. Turned out there were two things wrong. One in RingCentral(I had too many emails) and one with my server. All is fixed and I am getting my faxes now.
"Awesome Program" Overall: RingCentral is so easy to use. We've never had an issue & it integrates with Outlook. I just wish that the fax coversheets could be customized.
"RingCentral Auto Call Recording review" Pros: Began using RingCentral on June 3rd this year. Overall experience has been good. Enjoy being able to access anywhere from my computer or cell phone. I do wish the call log could have more than 20 calls per page. I am in charge of auditing phone calls of a call centre and sometimes have to scroll several pages before I find a lengthy call I want to listen to.
"Exactly what we needed." Overall: We only have the fax functionality. It has been exactly what our company needed. We can obtain our faxes from anywhere and send out has never been a problem. We highly recommend this program.
Can't believe people still fax... but this changes everything! Overall: This literally saves trees on the regular for us! And then we have a huge memory bank of everything we send out. If your thought is as old school as the fax machine transitioning will be challenging. But my response to that is... LET IT GO!! LET IT GO!! FAX FROM RING CENTRAL!!
"Easy phone system" Overall: Phones always work great, if there is ever an issue the customer support team is efficient at answering questions and finding a solution.
"Work OK for a while - Eventually had to switch to Grasshopper" Overall: Our small real estate office used this for over a year. The call forwarding and basic functions worked well. I could even make outbound calls from my cell phone which was nice. However, we grew tired of the difficulty we had with what should be a simple task. One of the best software Pros: Call forwarding option, customer service and notifications directly on my cell phone are biggest pros of this software Cons: Its works great but once or twice a week it shuts itself down with red lights on, we have to reboot our phones everytime when this happens but overall it is satisfying Overall: The best thing I like about ring central is I do not miss a single call from my office even when I am not on my desk.
