"Best Bang for your buck..!" Overall: I have used Ring Central for years and I have Never had a single issue with Features or Functionality. I love my Ring Central...!Pros: All Features are simple you use and my service has always been reliable.Cons: It's not free but it works excellent...!

"Phone System" Overall: The system is easy to use and assign phones and ext to various users. There are many features you can use for call recording, IVR and call logs.Pros: the reporting and ease of useCons: the customer support is difficult to navigate

"Love the mobility!" Overall: We originally purchased Ring Central because our team preferred to use their mobile phones vs desk phones for calls (we never use the softphones). This was very attractive to us and it is still benefiting how our team works. At first, we had some issues with the app quality. We would drop calls or weren't sure if calls were dead air or a customer we couldn't hear. "Highly Customizable VOIP System" Overall: Being highly customizable with many features, there is a bit of a learning curve, which is why I gave "ease of use" only 3 stars. Once you get the hang of it, though, it's well worth the complexity. The web conferencing is a great feature. My only other criticism is that the mobile apps have not been reliable.

"Great Fax Service , " Overall: I only have Ring Central Fax service. I love the it works every time. Best thing is I don't have to have a phone line anymore. Thank you!

"Great Value - Functionality, Price Sensitive, Customer Support" Overall: I started out with the Ring Central service about two years ago. I am a small business, and as my operations change, Ring Central has helped me to adapt the service to my needs.Pros: The combination of the software and good customer service is what keeps the service valuable to the end user.Cons: Sometimes: (1) Not enough service techs to help, or (2) You get a service tech with an attitude - looking to get off the call ASAP!

"Very good value with reasonable pricing" Overall: I only use the fax options. I do not use any of the telephone options. I've used the fax option for a number of years now.

"easy to use " Overall: I don't really have to think about it - I just use it. Everything is intuitive and I can usually figure it out myself.
