Can I leave a NEGATIVE STAR review for this terrible company. They do not provide any customer service. Over the last ********* I opened at least 6 or 7 trouble tickets. After three or four days I would get an email from the "do not reply" customer service saying the problem had been resolved and they were closing the trouble ticket. I even hired an ancillary company to see if they could resolve the problems with voice mail, SMS and call routing ... finally I found the solution: LEAVE RING CENTRAL AND MOVE TO A COMPANY that ... read more
We noticed fraudulent charges on our RingCentral account on 12/05/2023. We notified RingCentral who did nothing immediately but said they would create case # and fraud team would look into it. Then we noticed the fraud charges made it to our bank a day later. We called our bank and told them that the charges were fraudulent from RingCentral. This is the first time I've written a review anywhere.They are horrible. Don't use them.Had them for 4 years. Product is adequate, customer service is 0 out of 5. If you want to change any settings, be prepared for long calls and incompetent help.***** came when we decided to switch providers this year. It is very difficult to port out numbers. Caution! My experience with the customer service team was extremely disappointing. I initially signed up for a one-month trial rental but decided to return the item after just two weeks due to acquiring my own VOIP phone. Despite assurances from an agent that they would process the return, it wasn't actioned. This is a scam. When I signed up, I was told I can cancel anytime. Now, they are informing me that I have to wait 12 month.
I can confirm that this company is full of crooks. They failed to provide the very service that they claim to provide. My service has not been working for nearly 6 months. Not only will they not refund me, but are saying I signed up for a contract for that I didnt. Supposedly their contract says that if we use autopay we are automatically agreeing to extending the contract. The attorney general should look into this. I will not stop until everyone hears about this.
major scam. reps are untrained and put on hold for hours. AWFUL!!!!
The worst customer service ever experienced, the system is very poorly designed, in order to just cancel the account youll have to wait on line and struggle back and forth for an hour. Dont even think to use their service.
Read the fine print. Signed up for monthly payments and they want an early termination fee of 111. Scammers. Do not use Ring Central
