Needs Improvement Pros: I like that I am able to see who is calling members of my team on my desk top. I can see if the answer a call or not. Cons: I don't like the fact that when a call is transferred from another party, the call does not record. Overall: Overall, ring central is very effective. I am able to see my calls and text in one app.
Wonderful product Pros: Fabulous utility and ease of use. Intuitive features and functions are in place that allows you to easily get done what you need to. Cons: The non wireless connection or 5g network connection needs improvement. Ring central is a must Pros: I like how easy it is to use and navigate . Cons: Sometimes there is a small delay if you are working remotely .
Great VoIP service Pros: I like the ability to transfer within the app. That functionality within the app as well as on the desk phone makes my life easier with all the incorrect calls that are routed to my desk by others. Cons: I am not a big fan of the mobile app functionality, and being IT that is a huge feature for me in a remote world Overall: I like Ring Central, implementation was seemless and made my life easy from and IT standpoint
Ring Central Pros: I used to use ring central in an old job and I found it really beneficial - the reporting was really easy to use, the phone system was basic. Cons: Call listening was not up to standard and we had to take on another company to be able to assist with this Overall: Overall ring central is one of the better phone companies I have used.

Highly Recommended Pros: We use RingCentral at work and I love it! I use it multiple times a day for answering/making phone calls and also use the texting feature. Cons: The deployment of RingCentral wasn't the best, BUT, my work is very complex so we had a lot of questions when we were setting things up that I don't think other companies would normally have.
