They auto-renewed a 2 year contract after a price change which is illegal, you can't do that, we were never informed of a price change and we wanted to cancel. They want to charge us an $866 cancelation fee for an illegal renewal of a contract 2 days ago, it's ridiculous.
What a horrible company. Have been a ten year customer and they are scamming me for services they removed. Avoid them at all costs. Use Twilio or other honest provider.
I have wasted 10 hours of my life in 3 weeks time so far trying to get the replacement doorbell I was guaranteed would be shipped to my home within 3 to 4 business days. I am currently on hold for my 7th time now waiting for the sub standard customer service team to obtain information of which Ive already been lied to on this call.
