I have been asking for calling recording over a year now. Talked to 30 different people, 5 different departments. Still no way to record calls. DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THEM

I contacted them to retain my phone number due to Century Link's change. They said they could help me retain that phone number. Not true.I sold my business and needed to terminate service - they were not willing to pro-rate their service, not even for a partial month (even though they had not performed and I hadn't been using their services for 2 months).

The worst experience ever. DO NOT USE RINGCENTRAL. AVOID THIS COMPANY AT ALL COSTS. Every single review on here is 1 star lol makes sense now. Their customer service is an absolute joke. I have been trying to register mt 10 DLR ************ for THREE MONTHS NOW! I keep getting rejected and they wont just tell me all the steps I need to complete my registration.

Came over as a customer from a competitor. Have since referred other colleagues to them for new business.I hav me also continue to add additional lines and services to my account.My challenge with their team is that their account managers are unresponsive. This is a horrible company, they told me i had a month to month agreement and then when i wanted to cancel they said i had to pay a termination fee of $750. i dont recommend them at all. their calls are recorded and i asked for the recording of when i signed up and they didnt want to give it to me. Stay away from this company.

I am submitting a complaint against RingCentral that we used for phone services.We have changed phone services from ******* to ******** (for our ******** office) and RingCentral (for our *********** office) then back to *******. We each ported our main phone numbers and Fax numbers. When porting numbers both ******* and ******** both ended our services and did not bill us anymore once the numbers were ported out. Contracts were written and signed before a formal demo of the products and services. We discovered during implementation that the solution was not going to work for us. They stated that we would receive an ETF of $27,200 if we decided not to proceed with the products in the contract. I am very disappointed that a full demo of the capability of the contact center was not shown or discussed until after signing the contract.

We started setting up this phone service Dec 2021 and were not able to use it until March 2022 because of the horrible job they did making it compatible with our existing main program we use, Service Titan. We paid for the service all those months. Then in July ******************************************************* revenue over the July 4th weekend due to no phone service. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY. WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE Automatic contract renewal without agreement is a very shady practice.AFTER 5 YEARS AS A CLIENT, they are giving us hard times to cancel our services.
