Great platform for VOIP Pros: Auto call recording, the phone app for desktop and mobile as well as being able to see in real time call status of colleagues is a key to this program. The message feature is a must as well. Cons: Would like better instruction/direction on the MPV integration with Microsoft Dynamics CRM Overall: Overall we have enjoyed using this new platform and it meets our company compliance needs for phone calls in the insurance industry.

Great option for any business! Pros: Being a smaller firm, RingCentral gave us the opportunity to find a solution that was a better fit for our Clients, and expand the availability of communication. Cons: We have had no issues to date and are satisfied with RingCentral Overall: Overall experience has been good. It was easy to integrate into our system and no one has experienced any issues thusfar.

Sales Person using RingCentral Pros: The computer application is easy to useI LOVE the mobile app; it allows me to keep in contact with my prospects/clients while I am on the goRegular updates; they just realised a new update too. I admire any product that continues to bring updatesVoicemail emails; they send me an email with the voicemail transcribed. Ring Central Pros: Don't need a desk phone and also don't need to use it through a desktop computer. I've always used it directly through my phone. Cons: Have heard that when people call it doesn't sound like a normal phone call, like music is playing or something. The number I was assigned also comes up on peoples phones as spam. I wish the dialpad and the search function were more cohesively integrated.

Ring Central - Yes Please Pros: I like the way my voicemails are transcribed and emailed to me. I like the directory. I like the ease of transferring calls or forwarding them to another office. Cons: It was sort of hard to understand at firs, but once I played with it more I was able to be more familiar. Overall: Great experience. We continue to use it.

Use Ring Daily to integrate our team Pros: We have a very busy medical practice and we use Ring for our phone system as well as for online chat amongst the team. Great way to stay in touch! Cons: Nothing, it works great for us and we love it!

Great phone system with some room for improvement Pros: Enables us to setup teachers with Soft phones on their mobile phones, enabling them to call parents using the school's main phone number as their call-back number. Cons: The phone app is slow to respond at times, ringing 5 or 6 seconds after the desk phone (all settings are to ring all simultaneously)There are at least 2 or 3 different sets of instructions to setting up a hot desk phone, none of them helped, so the documentation on their website desperately needs a revi... read more

Very good solution Pros: I like it because it is very easy to use. You can Send message, video chat, conférenceMaybe this can replace Teams Cons: I think the windows application interface could be improved. When the window is minimized, the readability is not optimal Overall: You can communicate easily. Phone call are clear.
