"Phone System" Overall: It is a system that works pretty well.Pros: I like having the system where you can get your phones call on your cell, computer and or desk phone.Cons: It is a little hard to find where somethings are and which notifications to have on and off and when you need to set them.

"A Great VOIP Option for Businesses" Overall: Overall, it is a very easy system to implement for a business!Pros: It was great to have all of our buildings on the same system! We had previously been working with two systems.Cons: It was easy to understand as a trainer, but the learning curve for some of the users was bigger. Many needed in-person training.

All information is easily accessible. Reporting analytics regarding incoming calls is easy.Cons: No real downside to this software. You can forward the line to ring a cell phone in case you are not in office.

Great tool for my setting Pros: Ease of use and the integration with Salesforce is the best feature for me. Cons: I have not had the best experience with the web app, compared to the desktop app. Overall: I really appreciate the ease of use of the product. It gives me multiple options for calling, video meetings with colleagues and clients, and customization.
