" Good soft phone" Pros: We use ringcentral as a soft phone for our company, mostly to receive calls from different parts of the worlds. All the calls are rerouted to the same number for sales and technical support which makes it extremely convenient. Their app allows to access on the go as well.Cons: We cannot place calls, we can only receive them because their cost for international calls is too expensive.

"Easy to Deploy Cloud Solution" Overall: Over all it was a great and easy experience. Phones came preprogrammed, softphone and mobile apps were easy to install and user. The configuration was easy as well. Tech support was responsive when using the portal. The porting process was easy and smooth.
