"Ring Central Worth it!" Overall: Overall experience has been great. It's reliable and functional. Well worth it.Pros: It's versatility. It can be used to call out, receive inbound calls, host video calls, and record all of the above.Cons: Not always the most intuitive. For example, how you change your video background leaves a lot to be desired.
"Expensive, but Good" Pros: This is an industry standard, and works very well for what we use it for. We only use the calling features at the moment, but that works great for us.Cons: We get too many calls from new account reps trying to sell us on an upgraded plan or new features. I've explained that we're not interested, but they keep calling.
"WFH Approved" Overall: 10/10 this is a perfect tool for a small or big group of people. Its a worry free if you get this.Pros: It's easy to use, it has all the features we need to be productive on a daily basis and very smooth.Cons: More background on video meetings. We enjoy this a lot.
"Satisfactory, not extraordinary" Overall: I will call my experience satisfactory experience but not extraordinary mainly because of initial struggles.Pros: RingCentral is an audio/video conferencing meeting system. It does a decent job of setting up, join meetings, and capture recordings. "Feature packed product but service is lacking if something goes wrong!" Overall: They have the best offerings and are the most reliable service. Just lock you accounts with a separate vPN and make sure you never need their support!Pros: I love the features, and the excellent design. The platform is very easy to use.Cons: The support is little to none when something goes wrong. Salespeople give you much attention but account managers pay you no attention once signed up...

"Basic all-in-one system" Pros: RingCentral manages your audio and visual calls, texts, and faxes all in one place, and it's handy for that.Cons: Asking for mouse control on a screenshare is difficult, which was a feature we used a lot. Their online user guide is difficult to use.
