Ring Central at Ease Pros: THE INCOMING FAX LINE FOR THIS SOFTWARE IS WONDERFUL , ITS AN FAIR EASY TO USE SYSTEM As well as training and using the system is very easy. Cons: i have not dislikes about this software.

Ring Central I grater Starter VIOP for Small Businesses Pros: It was easy to setup and use on a daily basis. Cons: It lacked a call center environment when we left the company. You were not able to record calls and integrate a RM program.

"Great for the value" Pros: As a small business owner, keeping operating costs low is the name of the game. I was getting calls through the night so I needed a phone system that can help me set office hours and give extension numbers to my staff. Ring Central took care of that.Cons: I compared the prices of RingCentral and MyPhone.com and found that Ring Central was slightly more expensive. I did end up moving over to myphone.com

Web-based soft phone! Pros: Glad it's accessible via web with option not to download the app and eat up computer space. Cons: The app version is terrible. Keeps lagging and freezing to white screen. This happened multiple times during an ongoing call. Reported multiple times but did not receive any feedback or solution. Overall: The web-based version is definitely a must! My only prob with web-based is it takes a while to update the call history. I have to refresh multiple times in order to see the most recent number I diale... read more

"Efficiency for your business" Pros: We have been using Rippling for the last 4 years. We started with a small staff to now about 100. Ring central has been very efficient in keeping everyone communicated since most of the staff is on the field. Very easy to use and the customer service is exceptional. "Ring Central" Overall: overall experience I would not change this app for anything in the world. I love the many options to communicate with myh residents while I am on the go.Pros: I am totally in love with the fact that the app allows me to do so many things, send fax, text me residents and guest, call from the app using the office number as a drop down option.Cons: Nothing this app makes my job in property mangement so much easier

"Great software, with some work left to be done. " Pros: This is a very user friendly software. In the event you need assistance, customer service has come to be very helpful and quick to help. This was not always the case.Cons: At time, call can drop with no warning and text messages may not be received until the next day.
