"Flawless operation for business operation!" Overall: Ring Central changed the game for us in communication with customers and even with just the staff in our company!Pros: Puts all aspects of communication and tracking at your finger tips in a very easy to use software.Cons: There is nothing bad to say about this software. It has practically been perfected for business use no matter the size.

"RingCentral for online meeting" Overall: Ok based on the price we paid but I would pay more and get a better service.Pros: Competitive pricing as compared to other providers such as Cisco, GoToMeeting et al.Cons: User interface is not intuitive. Requires coaching for new users and some practice before they get use to the tool.

"Critical for remote work" Overall: It is critical to my business and is a low-cost option. It works when other systems do not.Pros: Was able to migrate my existing number easily and fax feature is easy to use.Cons: The migrate process was not clear when I migrated my US number to RingCentral

Excellent software for Call center industry! Pros: Reports are so easy to run, accurate data and fast response. Cons: Interface, could be better, needs to refresh and be more dynamics. Overall: Really great software, easy to run and implement, agents loves it and accurate dashboard with full information about performance.

"Great for on-the-go!" Pros: I love the security of never missing a call whether I'm in or out the office! Just this app on my phone keeps me connected so I never miss a real estate lead!Cons: There wasn't anything I didn't absolutely love about it!
