"Good for your money but it might come short if you need custom automations" Overall: It's a convenient solution for remote employees and the quality of the connection is impecable.Pros: RingCentral is very easy to use and it's almost an industry standard for VoiP. It integrates with most of the CRMs.Cons: The integration with some CRMs is overall good however there are some CRMs which it's useless, especially with Copper. I would like to have better and more user-friendly per-user stats.
"Balanced and Easy to use" Overall: PerfectPros: This service was used to replace Dialpad which gave us endless problems. no such troubles with Ring CentralCons: I cannot think of a downside when compared with DialPad
"Review of Ringcentral" Overall: Ringcentral replaces our previous phone system in its entirety, allowing us to utilize soft phones and providing a means for video and text communications. "Ring Central Review" Overall: It's useful because it works with our ATS System. However if there were other systems similar that did that, we'd probably explore them.Pros: We got Ring Central as it integrates with our ATS system. That was the sole reason.Cons: There seems to be constant connectivity issues where it just stops working for no reason. Also, we have issues when new updates come out.

Overall: Overall it's been easy and convenientPros: Easy method to communication in a variety of ways with customer, such as texting, calling, video etc. Easy integrationCons: Sometimes it has issues like not logging calls, or the calls get "stuck" and I can't close out even once the calls are done.

Overall: Keep record of company correspondence in open for review, and to maintain transparency in all communications from staff and customers alike.Pros: Ease of use by all users remains fluid for simple control ability by your team. The real plus is accessing from any device anywhere your are on the internet, which is just about everywhere.Cons: rate is plus $10 per month if not paid annually. Makes lowest rate entry-level plan is $29 per month.

Great overall solution for call centers Pros: Whatever your position, you can all work with it in a very efficient way, easily without any need to provide a training for it.
