"Super Powerful System" Overall: My overall experience has been excellent. Same goes for all of our clients that have switched over as well. No complaints.Pros: Support system is great. Hardly any down time whatsoever. Also very price competitive. Strongly recommend this system to any organization looking for a highly reliable VOIP service.Cons: Like with any new phone system, there will be a learning curve but Ring Central has a great support and training system.
"Easy communication " Pros: Ring central has many features to communicate with the clients. It includes sms, fax, video calls, call conference features. The ring central dashboard allows managers to check employee metrics easily.Cons: As I work in the call center environment, I think there should be a feature to record outcome of my call. As for example, if the clients want me to call at a particular time, there should be feature to record that.

I am able to text customers and they loved that they could communicate that way and attach images if needed. Love the ease of setting up meetings. "Another messaging platform" Overall: Have been using it for day-to-day communication with my team.Pros: Does the job, has all the basic functionalities required. Tagging, group text, replying, etc. Never crashed.Cons: Could have more features such as - showing previously sent links in the chat side bar. Search a particular conversation thread as in Slack. Takes time to load when opened.
Works for our 24/7 Prayer line and Prayer Team Pros: I most appreciate the ability to sequentially forward incoming calls, to notify me of missed calls, and to allow me to contact the team. Cons: It would be nice to have SPAM call identification and blocking. At least 50% of incoming calls are just SPAM or robocalls. Since it is imperative that a call for an actual prayer request be answered, and since even hang-ups need to be followed up, it would be nice to have a SPAM filter.
