"gets the job done" Pros: Fairly inexpensive tool and easy to get ahold of customer service and make any changes. If you're just starting out as a business I would recommend starting with Ringcentral before moving to the big guys.Cons: When you do get customer service, they aren't able to help you without asking a million silly questions. They end up helping you but it's just such a process.

"Best Choice Overall!" Overall: Setting up, implementing and daily use of MVP has been amazing. We come from a modular system that was at end of life and this is really a titanic step up. The users are really happy with the UX overall.Pros: RingCentral MVP lives up to its name. It's an MVP on all accounts. Super easy to use, great user experience, and incredible aggregate value for business operation.Cons: The team doesn't have a single complaint about the solution to date.

"Best Software for Collaboration & Instant Messaging" Overall: When our company made the change to a remote work environment in March 2020, this tool made it effortless for our team to communicate daily, and keep attending our meetings as usual. It reduced the amount of emails sent every day. Expensive Price for Mediocre Service Pros: Had soft phones, was able to connect to our existing VOIP phones, was a familiar brand to many people and IT people. Phone numbers were also fax numbers so it was easy to remember. Cons: Call center support people spoke English as their second language. There was often roosters doodling in The background of a call. Some calls were not recorded when all should have been and Ring Central couldnt tell me why. Our system kept having glitches and would never work the way we set it up. Ov... read more

"Bloated Software, Not at all Intuitive" Overall: Once we (finally) managed to get in contact with our rep, we had hoped to get assistance in consolidating our phone numbers -- we had 3x lines but only needed 1x. After asking all the questions necessary to confirm we were on the same page, we were handed off to two other support reps to handle the change requests. "Full Communication Suite" Overall: My overall experience with Ringcentral is very positive. The purchasing experience was quick, helpful, and easy. Once we purchased the software, we had all of the support we needed to get started. We were up and running very quickly and training users was easy.
