"Quality Software" Pros: Amazing experience while using Ring Central. It has all the features of sharing documents, Recording and has a Quality voice transfer.Cons: No Cons - It is the best! I would recommend my teammates and friends to use Ring Central for better voice quality while having a conversation from any part of the globe.

"I love the app and recommend for all workplaces." Overall: 10/10 reccomend.Pros: I like that everything is in this app - contacts, voicemails, missed calls, call log, text messaging and fax.Cons: N/A I do not have anything that I don't like about Ringcentral.

"They saved us from an ancient ShoreTel system, and helped us embrace remote work" Overall: RingCentral has been in business voip for a long time now. They are huge, well defined, and are consistent across the entire experience of sales, design, implementation and training. When you onboard, you feel like you are gaining access to a huge resource that has been doing this long enough to have their game down. "Gary Stomaun's Review" Overall: It hands down the easiest program that I was able to use.Pros: I love the fact that I am able to switch multiple numbers when I need to contact someone. I can switch from Blocked, to a sub number, to a regular source of contact. I enjoy that the most.Cons: I don't have a lot of concerns when it comes to using this software. I get quality sound, 3 way calling, etc.. No major concerns to report to this program.

"Great Tool with many features great for Small Businesses " Overall: Since I started with this company it has been a great feature and tool to work with. I am happy with the full functionality and features offered. This should be used for all "remote working" offices since this seems to be the WAVE of this work industry.Pros: Very easy to navigate, set up for personal features. "Substance Abuse Counselor" Overall: I have had no problems with the app.Pros: I do not have to have two phones . I have to use the app from my personal phone. I am in compliance with my job while communicating. I can easily turn off my app when I m at home. I love all the features I have access to while at work. I can fax documents and communicate with my co-workers.Cons: I do not have any problems with this program.

"Identical to zoom " Pros: I like that it's basically the same as zoom do it's familiar to most of us.Cons: I don't get why it is its own thing? People have to download a separate software package.

"Functional business communications platform" Overall: It works pretty well. I have not used other professional business communications software.Pros: Works across all my devices. Reliable calling/meeting/messaging/faxing service. I like that I can send and receive faxes from the app. I like voice to text message recording.Cons: I think they've ironed it out. "The rocah motel of phone systems" Overall: Buyer beware- they require a long contract and make it hard to cancel. I spent 45 minutes listening to very bad hold music while they did stuff like "look up your account" or "talk to my supervisor". When you try to cancel they send you to the "Retention" group that will try to upsell, ask questions a lot of questions and repeatedly put you on hold. Finally had to tell them "stop trying to upsell me and cancel this contract" in the midst of another set of questions. All in all an O... read more
