"Great product, convenient and easy to use." Overall: Great!Pros: The features allowed are great. Allowing fir messages, chats, faxes, phone calls, meetings, etc.Cons: The voice connection in the afternoon is not always stable.

"Great VoIP Service" Overall: Overall, my experience with RingCentral is positive.Pros: I like its simplicity to use for phone calls, text, faxing, and even internal messaging. Also like that you can have both desktop and smartphone apps and use them interchangeable, i.e. switch a call from desktop to phone and vice versa.Cons: There are sometimes delays when connecting to a call.

"Ring Central" Pros: The software is easy to install and very helpful with communicating to other businesses.Cons: The software would be improved if captions were available.

"Great team helps all the way to setting up everything to fit your business" Pros: Great voip provider and great for customer service businessCons: Lags sometimes on the phone app where you don't receive calls but get only notifications of a missed call which is bad for business

"Administrator/ user comment" Overall: Very goodPros: I can easily set call forwarding to any other store or cell phone when the internet is down. When using the meeting function the audio and video streams are clear and clean. Training and help sections are very useful.Cons: Sometimes, depending on the search for help topic I need to plow through too many document to find what I need

"Immediately Text Response " Overall: ExcellentPros: I am a teacher. During last school year online teaching, I was able to get quick responses from the parents.Cons: The feed back from parents was effective and quick.

"Because I like it" Overall: The product has become and better each new update. Love the app to your cell and the unified communications.Pros: It's synched to my Microsoft and really helps with meetings and being on timeCons: No issues so far. If anything being able to call and speak to someone rather than doing everything online. Put the customer in more places on the app.
