Ringcentral has changed the way our company operates Pros: It never fails. We have previously tried other telecommunication software which has caused us grief. In the 7 months that we have been using RingCentral, we have had little to no problems and it has streamlined a lot of our companies processes. I like that it supports MMS and I can send images as well as other forms of media through text to employees. Ring Central Pros: I liked this software because it sends an email when you miss a call which is super helpful if you're out of the office often Cons: I don't like that this software makes it hard to track past calls and voicemails as smoothly as possible Overall: Overall okay experience with RingCentral, couple bugs could be corrected

"CSOKI opinion! " Overall: I have had a great experience with ring centralPros: I like that I can communicate through chats and my teams as well as hold conference calls.Cons: I do not like how I can't tell which phone number is actually mine that I'm calling from on the app

"Excellent Product and well worth the investment" Overall: Whether I am at my desk or in the shop area, I never miss a call from customers or vendorsPros: I use Ring Central daily and have come to depend on it for every day task. "Ring Central for teachers" Pros: I like that Ring Central allows me to text and call families without using my personal phone number. I like that I can use it on my mobile device or from the computer. I like that I receive an email as well as a text or voice message.Cons: The integration with my phone is not the greatest, it is difficult to see when a call is incoming through Ring Central or my personal number. I wish there was a translation feature for texting.

"Excellent One Stop for Voip!" Pros: This software makes calling from anywhere extremely easy with excellent quality and lost of features!Cons: Would like to have the app installed on more than 2 devices. I believe I'm only limited to having 2 devices registered at a time.

Review for RingCentral Contact Center Pros: We like that RingCentral has an extensive reporting system so that we can monitor efficiency of our call queues. Our management wanted to view realtime reports and graphs to show how our staff was working, which hours were peak hours and which hours needed more staff. Cons: So far we do not have any complaints for using the software.
