Simple system that works Pros: It was easy and quick to set up. Now I can have a phone system to call internationally and also receive calls. Saves so much more time. Particularly great for me working remotely outside the countries we operate in as a business. Cons: Honestly, there's nothing to dislike until now. If I'm being extremely picky, it would probably be the fact that it gets too costly to forward calls to my country ie India. Overall: Overall, it's been great so far. I'm able to make calls without any issues.

We can share documents, do video meetings, conference calls. "Ring Central" Pros: I enjoy the ability to always have a cloud based area to save messages without bogging down storageCons: The multiple levels to go through to actually play the message
"Reliable" Overall: We liked the call quality and the price is very competitive. It allowed us to transfer workers to work remotely very easily.Pros: The call quality is very good and support is fast in responding. This is very important as we can not afford to have phone lines down for much time.Cons: The software to track call detail record and configuration is a bit hard to grasp in the first few days, but it gets much easier after a week or so.
