Good Quality Product Pros: RingCentral is used primarily as a secondary number for when I am "on the clock" or for when I am on our "emergency line." RIngCentral makes it easy to switch from one line to another. Cons: There's no automated response to texts. This would be nice for times when I'm out of the office and on vacation. There is a workaround that I was able to figure out with another program, but it would be helpful to be able to do it directly through RingCentral. "Better Options Available In This Price Range - Beware of Contracts" Overall: It was okay to start but with technology changing and a tough contract they require, be careful when setting up to understand the overall price involved with the functions of the platform.Pros: Ringcentral has been around awhile and is a VOIP phone and voice system for small to large businesses with lots of features available.Cons: The platform is not as user friendly as other VOIP programs and this one usually requires their phone hardware to work... read more

"Good VOIP with all built in" Overall: Especially during COVID, I have using the RingCentral Office daily. "Instrumental to Helping Us Run a Hotline Post-Pandemic" Overall: RingCentral has helped our teen mental health non-profit run and operate our daily helpline post-pandemic. This software has helped our phone lines stay open for troubled teens nationwide. Would definitely recommend!Pros: - Extensions and mobile phone abilities - Very reliable and great support - Training videos and live meetingsCons: - Sometimes slow tech support - Price is a bit high for what you get - Admin side could be more easy to navigate

Switched from Google Voice Pros: Our sales team switched from Google Voice a few weeks ago to RingCentral and it's amazing. It has a clean useful interface on the web version that I use. It makes it easy to dial out, answer, set vm greetings, send texts and more. Very please with it and the associated mobile and gmail apps. Cons: None yet, truthfully in the few weeks in use it hasn't given me a reason to be unhappy with the product at all. Overall: Super happy using this software for call and text communications.

"RingCentral Office for Non-Profit" Overall: Overall RingCentral was usable enough, but for the price we were paying they were far from satisfactory. Our accounts reps treated us with importance only in the beginning when we were just signing up, and then the end when they realized we were preparing to leave their product.Pros: RingCentral Office did have a lot of features that others didn't have. "Bye bye fax machines!" Overall: Overall, this changed our law practice so now we are able to easy send documents via facsimile to be compliant with our local rules.Pros: Who is using a fax machine these days? This service allows you to send faxes straight from your email.Cons: I do not like that there are sometimes lags on receiving the transmittal forms. But that is it! Love this product

"Separate business calls from personal" Overall: Great solution for remote employees who do not have a work phone. Saves companies money from having to supply a separate work phone. Strong audio quality. The app can be used on different devices.Pros: Working from home, I do not have a desk phone that can be used for business purposes. "Excellent VOIP system" Overall: RingCentral is a great VOIP system. The dial plan, company directory and desktop app are all great. The texting and messaging feature is also great.
