"RingCentral is a huge step up from a non-VoIP system" Pros: We previously had an outdated phone system, and the RingCentral desktop software is a huge game changer for my office. We have so much more functionality than we've ever had, and the program could not be easier to use.Cons: I have limited experience with these types of programs, so there could be better options out there, but this one satisfies all of our call-based needs.
"User friendly interface" Overall: My overall experience with Ringcentral is neutral.Pros: Voice calls are pretty clear. I love how you can forward your calls to another number within the app. I love how ring central has the ability to transcribe your voicemails into text emails.Cons: Inconsistency across all platforms. Should really consider competitive pricing as there are multiple options available with the same ability.
"RingCentral Review" Overall: it was good for basic conference calls, but for complicated video calls it is not as good.Pros: This product is very similar to many of its competitors and it is easy to login and join a call with other people.Cons: When on a video call, it is very difficult to switch screens between users. When we have tried, the video feed freezes and will not update if users do not sign out and sign back on.
Wonder Phone Cloud Based System Pros: This is by far the best phone cloud based system on the market, that includes all of the features to supply the communication needs of small to large businesses Cons: The pricing is a bit on the high end of the market would be my only complaint. Overall: My overall experience has been extremely positive.
"Ring Central fax- Great for the price" Overall: Ring Central is a low cost faxing alternative to having fax machine in your officePros: Ease of use. Easy to log in, find features. Address book is detailed. Reports are easy to find and search. Attaching docs is easy too. NO PAPER, no extra machine, no down time.Cons: the icon for sending faxes is so small, tiny really, it is hard to find sometimes. Customer services is adequate. I like the once a year billing
"Leery of This Provider" Overall: OK but I would not recommend this product to individual users or businesses due to connectivity issues and spotty call reception.Pros: Easy to use and set up but not easy to continue using. Plenty of good things built into this software.Cons: Very difficult to maintain connectivity on phone calls. The Group calling function also was very spotty.
"Gets the job done" Overall: RingCentral is a nice phone service with all of the modern features that you need. The addition of the RingCentral Meeting service makes it a great on-line communication tool that competes well with the other on-line meeting tools that are available today.Pros: Our company switched to RingCentral a couple of years ago and it seems to work well for us. "Very easy to use in the office and remote" Overall: Positive, I've always liked ring central. We switched to Five9 for calls, but RC is my preference.Pros: I've been using different parts of the service for years, it's always been reliable. I mainly use the fax feature, but had used the phone as well for yearsCons: Can go down at times regarding calling, but sending faxes is always consistent. It's a good system.
"Calling made easy" Overall: Video conferencing in office has been an incredible feature and functions much like other phones I've used for a company.Pros: I like the ability to video chat. Being a company of nearly 1000 people calls for a lot of meetings and we recently transitioned from LifeSize which has been nice.Cons: There are a lot of features which is not a negative it just takes some getting used to. It can hold up to 50 calls I believe so there's a lot to it at times.
