Very organized tool Pros: It has GIF that we can choose what we like instead of displaying random GIF. RingCentral group the images, files, pinned items together which is very easy to find the info. Cons: When the same person leaves the message, it doesn't get added into the same paragraph like Google Chat, it will show multiple lines. Very Good Price Pros: The desktop and phone app is very useful, the chat button is there if we have any problems or issues, I think that the features will just get better. Cons: The fax option is a little confusing to get too, each time I use it I have to remember where it is, it would be helpful to label it better Overall: So far so good, very helpful. I like that a human answers the phone if I have questions or I can go through the chat feature.

"Ring Central" Overall: I have had a pleasant experience with using this program and I would recommend it to others.Pros: I like that we can host our weekly or daily meetings thru the Rong Central App by just entering our meeting ID then it enters you into a private chat room where you can chat via text or as a group over the phone. You have the option to connect your cameras and be able to see one another and you can share your screen with everyone in the group so they can see any demos or slides of information. "Great product" Overall: Our overall experience has been great. For the most it's been great to utilize.Pros: The software is extremely easy to use. Messaging within the software is easy and doesn't take much effort to use.Cons: The workflow is not as great as it could be. I feel it's lacking in this area and it could be improved.

"Great way to bring video conferencing to your existing RingCentral Office Setup" Overall: Phone management, webinars, and meetings. All unified under one banner.Pros: Makes phone management in medium sized offices a breeze. Has been a great asset to day to day operations. The new Webinar and Meeting services are great.Cons: Sometimes, Webinar systems go offline with no explanation. Not a deal breaker, but can be annoying sometimes.
Calling Software for you Pros: *Great feature for call routing * When you missed a call for someone you will receive an email notification together with their voicemail and voicemail in a text form Cons: So far, this tool is a great help for me for calling my candidates so I don't have any problems with it. Overall: Great calling software especially if you are working from home.
"Should be good, but it is not" Overall: It should solve the problem of communication, but I do not really like it until now.Pros: It has a browser extension, smartphone app, and integration with platforms like Google Calendar and Slack.Cons: The login page do not work for me on Google Chrome, the Android App does not have the option to configure with email/password for the SAML logon, just with biometrics and QR Code, which are options that are not allowed by my company.
