"Great communications software!" Overall: I love this and won't stop using this it has become essential now.Pros: This software is completely amazing and super easy to manage I also love how the group calls work use this for every meeting.Cons: Sometimes the only downsides would be the video lag in the calling but those are just minor inconveniences for a great software.

Good Experience Pros: Required through my company to stay in contact with our colleagues during the pandemic. Voices and video come in clear and super easy to join in. Cons: I dont have anything negative to say about this app. When using a phone however you only get to see up to 4 people. When using a computer you can see everyone who is participating. Overall: We are able to continue our weekly discussions through using this app.

"Router for work calls" Overall: Honestly I don't see much use for an app like this. If you're in sales like I am, people should have your private number so they can get a hold of you.Pros: It was nice that when my company number was called, it would rout to my personal phone to answer. It made it very helpful to keep on top of calls when out of the office.Cons: I had a lot of glitches with my use of this software. There were a lot of times where I wouldn't be able to answer calls. "Makes remote work simple" Overall: I work from home, and have had exactly zero problems with RingCentral. It has been an optimal program, and even in this COVID-19 world, with all of the classrooms meeting digitally, we had no problems having our systems work.Pros: I love that RingCentral has so many components included. Not only do I have a work number, but I can make and receive calls from any device I have installed it. I don't have to have a physical desk phone to be a professional. "Good Provider Of Small Business Telecom Needs" Overall: Good for the small business that wants to present a larger front without having to outlay large capital expenditures for a PBX or other similar phone systems.Pros: If you are a very small business you still want to have the professional appearance of a larger outfit. "Not as easy to use as I thought" Overall: The product was sensationalized to be the perfect solution, but what I got was a program that was not user friendly. I was also very dissatisfied with product support. However, if these issues were addressed, it would be a perfect tool. "Convenient Calling Solution" Overall: Overall, we choose to use RingCentral to making completing and receiving phones calls from external partners easier for our employees. It effectively did exactly what we hoped. Made life easier and solidified an appropriate work life balance. No longer did employees need to give out their personal mobile phone numbers but they were able to use their RingCentral line that went to the very same device. "Very useful" Overall: RingCentral office is a great software. If you want easier access to more phone lines or fax capability this is a reliable option.Pros: This software allows seamless fax and phone service for people who want extra capability for their businesses or personal affairs. You can easily scan and send fax to where it needs to be sent. "Only wish I had learned of RingCentral sooner" Overall: RingCentral is the reason our little company is still in business.
