call center Pros: Excelente plataforma para comunicaciones, con este software puedes tener múltiples teléfonos en cualquier parte del mundo, y se comunicarás como si estuvieras en la principal. "RingCentral" Overall: It is an excellent product and I certainly do recommend it. The functionality has increased since I subscribed originally. For example call recording is a feature we use often.Pros: It allows me to have a remote office, text and fax number separate from my personal mobile phone number.Cons: Customer service can be average at times when there are issues. I have had a few problems with the service and contacting someone to help is sometimes difficult.
"RingCentral - Review" Overall: My overall experience with RingCentral is positive. It is very easy to use and has all the features needed to run a meeting, make a phone call, etc.Pros: What I like most about RingCentral is the different functions it gives its users. "Great product for remote users" Overall: I like it! I've been using it for my office for a little over 3 years now and have had very few issues with it. When I did have an issue a year ago, they addressed it right away and even followed up to make sure my problem was taken care of. "Not impressed" Pros: The graphics are pleasant and bright. Sound quality is good.Cons: It is not a streamlined application. It's bulky and large on my screen. I really think it could be a better product if the applications were smaller.
"Ring me" Overall: Works great and the links to the meetings are easy to send to others.Pros: easy to use conference meeting software. Allows many members to join. Chat works great to allow others to ask questions during the meetingCons: Not much. Seems to work great and others who are not technology savvy can access the meetings so I don't have any poor things to say
"Versatile and useful!" Overall: It is excellent and functional telecommunication software.Pros: It has been extremely useful in mobilizing my law practice, which has been extra useful during the Coronavirus pandemic. It is quite functional and reliable.Cons: I think that the interfacing could use a bit of improvement, as it is not entirely intuitive. It is not terrible, though.
"Ringcentral " Overall: My business problems I am able to resolve is reaching my teammates in a timely manner . As we know most people check there phone more than there emails on a regulary basis.Pros: The features I like most about software is that I can not only get in touch with my teammates quickly I can also set up messages to be sent as reminder and fax right from my computer .Cons: Currently there are no real issues I dislike accept one minor one . I cannot change the time zone it remains on default zone only .
"Easy to figure out how to hear messages but hard to figure out settings" Overall: RingCentral gets the job done, and allows you to understand who is connecting with you and what the next steps should be.Pros: At the end of the day, the point of a voice mail system is to hear the messages that are left for you, and RingCentral accomplishes that.
