"RingCentral office love it" Pros: We have been using RingCentral for a couple of years now. It allows us to communicate via phone calls or texts with out teammates. I love the fact that they have an app and I can use it from anywhere.Cons: I haven't had any issues with this software, we have been using it for a few years and I am very pleased with it.

"Save on cell phones!" Overall: Ease of use could be improved but I have had great quality calls using this software. I have it on my cell phone and desktop so I can utilize it wherever I am. I use it for calls, voicemails, routing, and text messages.Pros: I love that you can take/make calls from a cell phone but look as though you are working from a business line.Cons: It takes some time to get the hang of how to properly adjust settings for call routing, voicemail greetings, time schedules, etc.

"Sales improvement tool" Overall: Used the app to track calls and improves the number of sales figures.Quite useful for training new sales employees as well.Pros: The software is user friendly and helps to improve sales delivery through evaluating every sales call.Cons: For the basic functions we need, i think the software works quite well in delivering what we are looking for.

"Ringview Central office Review " Pros: That it is easy to have it over many devices.Cons: It hangs sometimes, drops calls at times and is not cost-effective for a small business.

Replaced our original phone system Pros: Tons of features, not only replaces the phone system but helped the business to operate on a higher level Cons: Every once in a while the program will have a slight lag, cant say this is a con though because it may be related to computer/device. Overall: Replaced our old phone system with RingCentral and it has worked flawlessly since. Being able to receive text messages and faxes to the same number is great. We have it on all the computers and devices so its hard to ever miss a call.

"Easy, and works" Overall: Great. I would recommend to anyone looking to setup an easy call gathering.Pros: I've used this software for a few months now. It is always easy to use and just works. It is reliable.Cons: The call quality could be slightly better. But I think a lot of that depends on the end users connection more than anything with Ring software

"Review for RingCentral" Overall: It was not a good tool. I did not enjoy using it. It was easy to miss calls and drop customer calls that were trying to be transferred over.Pros: I liked that I could make phone calls to my customers and receive calls from them as well. It's pretty straightforward.Cons: I did not like how difficult it was to transfer phone calls from my my team somewhere else in the world to get them to me. Sometimes the call would drop and we would have to call the customer back.

"Easy to Send and Receive Faxes" Overall: It is easy to use when it works. However, I have had instances where it doesn't work, and I am unaware until I call the individual to inquire if the fax was received.Pros: I am able to easily send a fax from my e-mail, and include the cover letter as the subject line of the email.Cons: I do not receive any confirmation that the fax was sent successfully and received by the recipient.
