"All in one package" Overall: RingCentral got us through when we needed a small ready to use product, it was reliable with multiple features that made us look bigger than we were.Pros: It has everything you need to bring your small business to the next level. with reporting, answering options, menus, and conferencing.Cons: We have choppy service a couple times, but it could be due to internet issues. customer service is usually good, unless you want to cancel. Cancelling is not an easy task and can cause issues.

"RingCentral for Faxing Information" Overall: I have used RingCentral Office to send information to many different sources and have never had anyone not receive the fax that I sent. It even gives confirmation once the fax has been sent. I have used it for personal and business and never had any issues.Pros: I like how this software allows you to fax information over the internet vs a printer. "It was fine until i tried to cancel" Pros: It was convenient and for a while it offered a good promotionCons: I did not like that it was hard to cancel. I remember having to call a few times to try to cancel but could not get through to get connected to a live human operator. I got fed up and canceled the credit card associated with the account to finalize end the subscription.

"This is a nice phone system, no issues" Overall: All in all it's been a good experience, we use it for many of our businesses.Pros: I never have any trouble using it. It's a set-it-and-forget-it kind of thing so I never have to worry about it. It's also easy to change to route to another number if someone is on vacation.Cons: We still get spam calls from time to time, which can be annoying, but I don't know if there's any way around it no matter the service you use.

"Call in to cancel" Overall: Not great. I didn't have any interaction with them until I decided to cancel.Pros: Seemed to have a lot of features, but we never fully integrated in the first 12 months.Cons: Never fully integrated across sales team. They make you call in to cancel, which bothers me. They are a technology company offering a tech solution, but they put in awfull steps that made me go from indifferent to their service, to actively disliking it.

"Like having a landline - inside your computer and cell phone" Overall: A very inexpensive way to enable all our staff to make calls to any country at any time. As a user, I find it highly easy to answer / make calls. As a manager, I really appreciate the ability to run reports on my staff's call volume, call durations, and to listen to recordings.Pros: My company uses RingCentral for our entire staff. "I genuinely miss Ring Central" Overall: I loved RingCentral. We were a paperless office and this made faxing a dream. I am genuinely sad that we don't use this software anymore.Pros: It was completely user friendly and made sending or receiving faxes completely paperless.Cons: For some reason, every now and then the software would log itself out and you would have to reenter the fax number on sign in, that was quite annoying.

"Business phone system thats easy to use! " Overall: My overall experience with RingCentral has been good. I would just recommend fixing the unsolicited callers issue.Pros: Easy to use and lots of different features. I love the click-to-dial feature and how easy it is to forward the call to my cell phone so I never miss a call from a customer.Cons: The only problem I have is I get a TON of spam calls. My RingCentral number is also the same number to a hardware store so I get a lot of calls from their customers as well.

"Great product...terrible cancellation process" Pros: We have used RingCentral for about 10 years...the product has done well. However, when it was time to cancel, the process is painful, laborious and down right ridiculous. The hoops and time I had to waste to cancel a $25/mo subscription was ludicrous. We had already ported our number to Zendesk and just wanted to stop the account....GEEZ!!!!!! Buyer beware.Cons: Cancellation was horrific. the process to terminate an account should be revisited.
