"Equivalent alternatives exist at a significantly lower cost" Overall: Telephone auto attendants have become somewhat commoditized in their pricing. It's beyond understanding then that Ringcentral would undertake a pricing revision that tripled the monthly cost of their SaS to our company. Perhaps they're contemplating a merger/offering and attempting to boost their value short-term. "Not for us, but a great tool." Overall: Positive, but the tool has a steep learning curve. Tons of features that you may not understand how to utilize.Pros: We had a complicated phone system and the inclusion of ring central helped streamline it. Tons of features.Cons: This is not a tool for just anyone to pick up and implement if they're organization is more than a few people. It was a bit overwhelming, despite being incredibly helpful. It's probably easier to use now.
"Good VoIP platform, but a little complicated" Overall: It's a solid platform, but the UI needs some work. I believe the platform has excellent potential.Pros: RingCentral has been around for a while. They have somewhat perfected the VoIP system, and added multiple things on top of itCons: The settings are complicated, slightly confusing, and cumbersome. The amount & location of settings for a full team gets out of hand quickly.
"No need for Fax machines" Overall: Overall it is very reliable and the fact I can fax something right from the computer is awesome and worth itPros: In our office we fax a lot of things so having this service has allowed multiple people send out fax all at once! super easyCons: Sometimes it is a little slow...Vendor have previously reported it taking 15 minutes for invoices to come in and incomplete faxes as well
"Great Phone System" Overall: Outbound calls to clients, taking inbound calls from clients, sending out messages.Pros: A really good feature that was very helpful was the mass text feature where I could just upload a bunch of numbers and send out mass texts.Cons: The only thing that could be negative is that it runs off your internet connection so if you don't have a good option for internet where you live than your phone calls will not be great.

"Communicate Easily " Overall: Overall I think that Ring Central was a great value and saved our team a lot of time.Pros: Ring Central is a one-stop-shop that had a lot of useful features. The video conference invite provides all of the information that a participant would need.Cons: I had a few issues with 3rd party accessories working properly during conference calls. Voicemail to email did not work properly.

Overall: Great experience with Ring Central, and I think it's honestly a perfect fit for any business that needs a phone service to record phone calls with customers, have a grouping tree of who the calls go to, and overall sales in general.
