"New age way to stay connect with co-workers and clients " Overall: At one point in time I pondered if it was worth having two phones for work and personal use - this removes the need all with the simple use of an app.Pros: I love how you can be anywhere in the country yet always stay connected to your office line. "Enabling an effective business communication hub" Pros: Ring Central is affordable and extremely professional as a business software. It is quick and very responsive. It has plenty of features and tools such as live chat, fax and voice call which I use to connect with work colleagues regularly.Cons: The software has minimal updates and does feel a bit out of date compared to similar softwares. The price could be reduced to match its older software or they could introduce new features and tools.
RingCentral Contact Center Pros: Wonderful support! If I had a question or concern it was address imminently. Cons: I have no negative feedback. I've had a wonderful experience. Overall: Absolutely wonderful support. Very spot on!
"Good not Great" Overall: I have used other softwares in the past that I prefer over RingCentral, but our IT team will not let us switch. Good, not great.Pros: RingCentral integrates well into our Salesforce instance, which makes it easy for our representatives to dial from.Cons: The reporting is what I dislike most about RingCentral, it is very limited and often delayed or incorrect.
"Decent VOIP service" Overall: Connection is above average and wide range of device options is convenient.Pros: The flexibility of being able to use connect to the phone service via landline, computer or cell phone app.Cons: The landline phones that you can use to connect to their services are limited, not just any phone will work and they don't send you a free conversion tool. "Automatic Call Recording" Overall: My over all experience is fantastic! The ability to record calls comes in handy and has made call training a breeze.Pros: Amazing and my favorite feature. Being able to record calls is so helpful.Cons: I don't have ANY negative feedback. I record calls often and haven't had one issue.
"Ring Central" Overall: RingCentral is something I would recommend in the future.Pros: I like that this does very well the basics of phone interactions--answer, hold, available, unavailable, transfer.Cons: We had a difficult time integrating Ring Central with our system. Whether or not that was our issue, it was a pain.
"Good product with lotts of potential in the workplace" Overall: I use the program to communicate with leaders within my work industry. It's very useful.Pros: It brought a team from around the province together in a way other software's fail to accomplish.Cons: The software has the appearance of a social media software.
