Ring Central - Review Pros: - Ring central is very easy to setup and use. - This application has many features like recording, setting up rules for routing calls - This application can be customized to very high extent. Cons: - The pricing can be made more affordable - They can add more features and limits to the applications Overall: - It is a great application overall with ring central.

"RingCentral for Non-Profits" Overall: RingCentral is amazing. I would recommend it to anyone who is not at their desk but needs to keep in contact with their staff and clients. It makes life easier.Pros: It was so nice to have my work number that would also go to my cell (different numbers). You can have employees or clients text and call you, and if you are not in the office you can use your cell phone to answer.Cons: It would have been nice to have a do not disturb function for the weekends/when you are not working.

"Gets the job done. " Pros: Fairly easy to use software. Several useful features.Cons: The call recording feature is pretty basic and could be more robust.

"Gets the job done!" Overall: Though communication had been shifting towards e-mail, it's great to have a way to connect with customers who still use things like fax machines to receive paperwork, especially without having to have that kind of outdated equipment on hand. "RingCentral" Pros: I love that you can make calls from your cell Phone to clients without giving out your cell phone number. I also, love that everything is connected and easy to transfer.Cons: If internet goes out then you are without phones at the office.

"Ring central is better than the other options!" Pros: Ring central is a nice phone service that will allow you to virtually manage your phone systems. It is relatively intuitive.Cons: The implementation for this was rough. It was challenging to get it set up correctly, but once it was up an running, it works well.

"mobil work phone on your personal cell" Overall: It was good. My company just wanted something a little cheaper, so we switched.Pros: Relatively easy to use. Can have it has an app on your computer which was nice if you don't want it on your personal cell.Cons: At the time it was not really suited for Mac computers. The company just wanted something a little cheaper, so we switched.

"Can't live without RingCentral" Overall: Overall, RingCentral is outstanding. The price is affordable and I love the fact that there's no contract. You won't go wrong with them.Pros: Our entire staff works out of the office the majority of the time and it is beyond convenient to have RingCentral at the helm.Cons: There's no real down side at all. If I had to pick something than I'd love it to be free but I know that's not practical.
