"Highly responsive customer service " Overall: RingCentral helped us to solve the use of old technology like physical faxes. "Best VoIP system out there" Overall: Overall we are quite happy with their service. We have rarely had any issues with our phones other than the occasional tech support issue. "Ring Central - New VoIP Solution" Overall: We came from a very archaic platform, that did not give us any ability to report/integrate/etc. With Ring Central, we now have the insight and ease of use. Our users can now use either a softphone or hard-wired desk phone. "RingCentral has its problems but it's definitely worth using!" Overall: 8/10 recommend!!!Pros: I like the ease of use with this software. I am able to easily access meetings and dial 100+ outbound calls without having to spend too much time dialing the actual number. "The first number I got previously belonged to an escort service." Overall: I am using RingCentral to have a "Work Number" on my mobile devices, so that I know when a call coming in is business and not a telemarketer or robocaller. It is somewhat unclear, as a user and non-admin, where I can and can't make calls from. It seems that I cannot make calls from my computer at all, but I'm fine to make them on my phone. "Easy to record calls" Overall: Since the beginning, it has been very easy to use and the few problems we had, the customer service has been amazing.Pros: for training purposes, we have to record calls from time to time and this software is being the easiest one to implement and also the easiest one to useCons: sometimes the recorded call is too big, and it doesn't upload automatically to the cloud, you have to do it manually. If those two small things are resolved, this could be the best software in the market

"Great Platform for Meetings" Overall: We use this for meetings and screen sharing. It is a great platform that employees find simple to use. We hold conference calls internally and externally using it.Pros: I like that is is user friendly and simple to use. We use it for meetings and I like that you can share the info in a platform that works on your mobile device as well as your computer.Cons: It's another app on my phone so it does take up space.

"Solid" Overall: Overall, this is solid system that is improving every year. I would like to see the mobile app experience more refined but it's a nice VOIP for the money.Pros: They do constantly update the platform. RingCentral has a lot of integrations with other platforms which is very convenient. The pricing is a bit high but they do give a lot of bang for your buck.Cons: It can be glitchy when trying to answer calls from your mobile phone.
