"RingCentral is a must have for International Dialing" Overall: I love this product and we have never thought about switching our phone service. As someone who works remote and is on the go, the iPhone ap works well too!Pros: I work for a company that has to dial all over the globe to generate leads, and I love using RingCentral to do just that. "GReat tool but can be difficult at times" Overall: Overall its a great tool with a lot of features for the team.Pros: Very straightforward and allows you to manage several phones lines for my team. We also utilize their texting feature to help continue communication with clients while keeping the phone number consistent.Cons: Customer service is impossible to work with sometimes. You'll be on hold for at least an hour and be transferred around several times before resolving the issue.

"Very Solid and Does What it is Supposed To Do" Overall: Have been using it for several years and it does seem to get better as time goes on. It consistently works as it should and that's very important with a system like this.Pros: The messaging feature works well for communication within the office. The app seems to get better and better.Cons: There are times when we are trying to do something very simple and it ends up taking a lot of research and work to figure out how to accomplish it.

"Ring Central Office" Overall: This services offers the ability of caller to always be able to reach one of us.Pros: I like that this service forwards the calls to the different employees based on what the caller wants. If they select maintenance, that call is forwarded directly to my cell phone.Cons: Sometimes calls are routed to me that should go to another employee

"Highly responsive customer service " Overall: RingCentral helped us to solve the use of old technology like physical faxes. It offered an affordable options for tele-conferences and it provides multiple options for customer service, when needed.Pros: It is easy to use and administer. "Best VoIP system out there" Overall: Overall we are quite happy with their service. We have rarely had any issues with our phones other than the occasional tech support issue. Their staff is very reliable and has 24-7 support and sticks with you until the problem is solved.Pros: Ringcentral seamlessly integrates across their desk phone, mobile, and computer platforms. "Ring Central - New VoIP Solution" Overall: We came from a very archaic platform, that did not give us any ability to report/integrate/etc. With Ring Central, we now have the insight and ease of use. Our users can now use either a softphone or hard-wired desk phone. "RingCentral has its problems but it's definitely worth using!" Overall: 8/10 recommend!!!Pros: I like the ease of use with this software. I am able to easily access meetings and dial 100+ outbound calls without having to spend too much time dialing the actual number. Ringcentral populates a phone icon next to anything that resembles a # making my life far too easyCons: I don't like that so many calls cut in and out/lag.
