"Good VoIP Solution" Overall: The service quality is reasonably good. Wouldn't be my first choice for this type of service.Pros: They have a really good customer support team. When challenges did arise they had competent people to fix the issues.Cons: The auto-renewal on the contracts and billing department somehow didn't get the memo that good customer service is a priority.
"Flexible and feature-rich" Overall: This has been a pleasant experience. They worked with us to trial the program, and once we decided to purchase - they worked with us every step of the way. "I prefer to use my cellphone" Overall: Customer service is horrible. We get a lot of robo calls with the phone numbers given to us by Ring Central but I guess we deal with that by using our cell phones also. The good thing is you can block the calls. I like their desktop function and being able to automatically forward calls during certain times. "Best phone service we have used" Overall: I have been very happy with the service, I love the app version so if I have to step out of the office I can still take calls.Pros: I like how streamlined the service is. "Perfect for this day and age " Pros: The ability to make phone calls from the same number, anywhere in the world. Each user also has their own personal conference line.Cons: Reception was not always the most clear, but perhaps that was the phone service itself, not the software.
