"Great option for small office!" Pros: Easy to use and customer service is always helpful. Great app for your mobile phone.Cons: Would be great if pricing was a bit better. However, still less expensive than a traditional land line.

Forget the old school fax machine! Pros: I love how easy it is to send and receive faxes. On our old machine, half the time faxes wouldn't send or we never received them. With RingCentral, we know we will never miss a fax again. Cons: I honestly don't have anything negative to say about it. Overall: The ease of use has made the experience top notch.
A good software solution for teams and individuals who require more than just a physical phone Pros: Really helps keep track of calls, voicemails, and such with a computer-based user interface. Cons: Sometimes a delay from when your phone is dialed to when the info pops up on your computer. Also, frequent notices about the software needing updates which are hard to ignore or cancel out of.
"The App is the Best" Pros: I have a RingCentral phone at my desk but I also have it on my phone! I can make calls, text, listen to voicemails and anything else that I can do at my office on my phone.Cons: When I receive a call, the phone rings both on my phone (like a normal call to my cell phone) and a call through the RingCentral app. It is just a bit annoying because it then shows up two times in my call long on my iPhone.
