Ring Pros: I like the ease of the notifications. It makes it almost impossible to miss a call. Cons: I think the system has a lot going on. There are a lot of buttons and areas to log in to. It will definitely take some getting used to.
"Great Product You don't miss important phone calls" Overall: It is a great product. We had so many messages over the Holiday weekend.Pros: When all the staff is on the phone or with a customer, we do not miss important phone calls.Cons: No cons. When phones are busy it steps in like another employee.
"RingCentral" Overall: As a company trying to go paperless, RingCentral goes a long way. Many companies still require fax, but by using this app, we don't need a printing fax machine. Love just being able to download it to the computer to attach to emails or print if necessary.Pros: Very easy to use. No need to waste paper on fax machine, everything just comes through and can be downloaded right to the computer.Cons: Sometimes the fax number does not work but I don't think this has to do with RingCentral
"Great phone option" Overall: Very functional and has lots of features.Pros: I like the features and functionality. I like that you can easily switch calls from your desk phone to your cell phone.Cons: It took a bit of time to get used to everything on the front end. I think more training offerings would help.
"we use Ringcentral for faxing " Pros: Yes, there are people who still want to send and receive faxes. Rather than tie up a phone line, use Ring Central's fax service. It makes sending a fax quick and perfectly painless. The confirmation emails are useful. Ringcentral is also a great value. Multiple users in the office are able to share the service.Cons: Really nothing to dislike.. .. once in a while it does seem like the recipient's fax machine recognizes the fax as a junk fax and blocks it, but this is rare.
"Takes some set up but works well." Pros: I love that you can text through the phone app, look up anyone's extension, pick favorites you call all the time, select the tone you have when people are calling in, and pick up voicemails right from your computer. And I love that you can do most of that from the phone app as well. Also very cool that you can fax from your computer as well using your own line. Helpful and friendly customer service as well.Cons: For a while, the app would unexpectedly crash and close. It would offer ... read more
"Awesome for automating the dialing process " Overall: As a sales rep, I'm able to make so many more calls in a day thanks to this tool. I used to work for a company that didn't have anything like it and we picked up the phone every time - we would handle about 1/4 of the amount of calls I make in this job.Pros: That I don't have to dial the customers' numbers, ever again. Big Fan Pros: I love the functionality of this product. Not only can I easily access the normal "office phone functions" (colleague extensions, out of office, call directory, etc.) but now I can text clients and candidates. Cons: Generally I have no complaints. "RingCentral is GREAT" Pros: Years of working with RC and we could not be happier, they only get better and betterCons: Usually if I think there is an issue it turns out to be my internet connection, so nothing bad.
