"Highly Recommend this product for businesses" Pros: As a recruiter, I make a lot of outbound calls (interviews, teleconferences etc) and this product suits all of my needs. "Very Cost Effecient Way to Provide Seamless Phone Service for Local and Remote Employees" Overall: I have had a positive experience with RingCentral. We use it for all remote employees and our local conference rooms. Once the IT team had the process down for adding groups and numbers everything has run smoothly.Pros: RingCentral was very easy to setup for our local office as well as remote employees. "worth every penny " Pros: clear calling the ability to work remotely with call forwardingCons: haven't found anything i dislike about this service
"The devil is in the details" Pros: Call quality is fine. Tier 1 support tries as best as they can.Cons: The sales team will promise you the moon in order to get your signature on the dotted line, but once they have you, there are headaches. Quoted price nearly doubled with "fees", provisioning workflow is not intuitive, and time is wasted on the phone with support for what should be a basic admin task. Feel nickle and dimed for features promised before signing (i.e. saml)
"Replaces our traditional phone line" Pros: It's much cheaper than our AT&T service and allows for far more customization than the traditional land line could possibly do. If you are still using a regular landline, you are missing out.Cons: Sometimes the customer service just reads a script so it may be frustrating.
"Like most of the other RC options it's lacking" Overall: It has been an improvement from our older phone system as we can now hold persons responsible and more effectively give examples for coaching agents. "So many problems" Pros: I'm not sure what I loved about Ring Central. If anything, the app was easy to use.Cons: I had so many problems when our company was using ring central. Customers couldn't hear me, calls were dropped, my phone never rang.
"I have to use it with a consultant. " Pros: Shared screen meetings with a consultant are what we use RingCentral Office for. I do not care for it compared to other options online (Slack or Hangouts for instance). It accomplishes what it set out to do, but my preferences and loyalty lies elsewhere.Cons: Most all of it. It's aesthetically unappealing. Seems like an outdated software compared to the other options out there.
Ring Central For More Accurate Reports Pros: Ring central is awesome if you want to keep a good track of the amount of calls your company received, the reason why and what was done during the call.
