"Like most of the other RC options it's lacking" Overall: It has been an improvement from our older phone system as we can now hold persons responsible and more effectively give examples for coaching agents. "So many problems" Pros: I'm not sure what I loved about Ring Central. If anything, the app was easy to use.Cons: I had so many problems when our company was using ring central. Customers couldn't hear me, calls were dropped, my phone never rang.
"I have to use it with a consultant. " Pros: Shared screen meetings with a consultant are what we use RingCentral Office for. I do not care for it compared to other options online (Slack or Hangouts for instance). It accomplishes what it set out to do, but my preferences and loyalty lies elsewhere.Cons: Most all of it. It's aesthetically unappealing. Seems like an outdated software compared to the other options out there.

"RingCentral" Pros: Lots of bells and whistles. Seems to handle all different type of office needsCons: Phones could be updated. Phone displays are basic and out of date.
"It just works! " Pros: Totally simple to use from start to finish. Easy installation and use.Cons: The price. I have recently moved jobs and we don't have enough users to justify the price, meaning its not an option for me at the moment.
"Great for mobile employees" Overall: Great. Would recommend.Pros: Working out of the office a few times a week was easy being able to have Ring Central automatically push calls to my cellphone.Cons: Was tricky to set up but once set up it was great.
"Big Time Saver" Pros: Once I figured out how to use it, i only fax from here.Cons: All of the features not easily known. I know I am only getting a small bit out of it that it is capable of.
"Automatic Calls" Overall: We use it and the experience is good. The automatic call recording should have a few more options though when setting it up.Pros: I do like the ability to make automatic calls. It has helped in our support aspects and making sure that we are documenting customer conversations.Cons: The ability to set up automatic call recording is limited. The recording is long and not very loud and takes up time when you are setting up a voicemail.
