Great tool but has some glitches. Pros: You are able to make calls without a landline and you can send texts to everyone in the company as well as tenants and vendors. Cons: The system goes down when the internet is having issues unlike landlines. Overall: We use this daily and really enjoy it when it is working properly.

"Not Too Bad If You're Not Too Busy" Pros: RingCentral's phones are pretty intuitive and easy to use!Cons: The accompanying app is way too difficult to navigate. Apart from that, we lose connectivity to RingCentral's servers several times a day. Every time that happens we waste a minute rebooting the phones.
"Take meetings to another level! " Pros: It's very convenient for our team to hold meetings with our offshore team and collaborate on projects by being able to share screens and have multiple people join the call.Cons: They could update the UI/UX to make it more modern.
"Why would anyone have a desk phone with RingCentral available?" Pros: Absolutely loved this software and will recommend to future employers. It's a great way to streamline client communication. You don't have to give out your personal number but can route calls directly to your personal phone. You can set business hours so that clients in different time zones aren't calling you at strange hours, and if you're in the field or at lunch, you don't have to miss important calls because you're away from your desk. "Once I switched to using my cell - life got so much better" Overall: As a person who is typically third on the hierarchy of phone calls I have really hated having to cover the phones when people have been out. One day, after a few particularly long phone calls my neck was hurting and I decided that I needed to stop using the regular handset. "Phone service with multiple options" Overall: Overall we use this is our office for our main line and it tracks all calls and voicemails to the main line.Pros: I like the capacity that it has to save and store all voicemail and numbers by date and time so there are no mishaps if someone accidentally deletes from their phone. I also like that you can check your records and recording remotely without needing a secure server or VPN.Cons: I do not like that I can't import messages or recordings to a line.
