"RingCentral Office Review" Overall: Love it!Pros: RingCentral is what we use for calls at work. It's great and easy to use for making and receiving calls. It sorts out your log and you can easily check a certain call you had and listen to it, since everything is recorded. It's easy to transfer calls from, do conference calls, and parking the call is a great feature we use when it's so busy and we need to pick up calls on queue. "Reliable VIOP " Overall: I use it for every demo call, always works. It is my go to when I have a customer to call.Pros: Easy to use and very reliable. Always works, never had issues with it. It is the gold standard when it comes to VIOP. The connection is always solid and the sound is great.Cons: It would be great if it had a texting features inside the messenger. The interface could be revamped and updated.
Our primary use is toll-free number routing Pros: It has a lot of options for setting up the routing for voice/fax, good tracking in the reporting, and has been highly reliable with only one small instance of downtime in 6 years. Cons: It can be a bit awkward to get things configured the way you'd like. The UI isn't always clear about what each option does.
"Faxes anywhere" Pros: I love just being able to scan the docs type the number and poof its gone, no need for phone line, bulky machine anything.Cons: i don't like the web application, it can use a good upgrade
Great tool but has some glitches. Pros: You are able to make calls without a landline and you can send texts to everyone in the company as well as tenants and vendors. Cons: The system goes down when the internet is having issues unlike landlines. Overall: We use this daily and really enjoy it when it is working properly.

"Not Too Bad If You're Not Too Busy" Pros: RingCentral's phones are pretty intuitive and easy to use!Cons: The accompanying app is way too difficult to navigate. Apart from that, we lose connectivity to RingCentral's servers several times a day. Every time that happens we waste a minute rebooting the phones.
