"Take meetings to another level! " Pros: It's very convenient for our team to hold meetings with our offshore team and collaborate on projects by being able to share screens and have multiple people join the call.Cons: They could update the UI/UX to make it more modern.
"Why would anyone have a desk phone with RingCentral available?" Pros: Absolutely loved this software and will recommend to future employers. It's a great way to streamline client communication. You don't have to give out your personal number but can route calls directly to your personal phone. "Once I switched to using my cell - life got so much better" Overall: As a person who is typically third on the hierarchy of phone calls I have really hated having to cover the phones when people have been out. One day, after a few particularly long phone calls my neck was hurting and I decided that I needed to stop using the regular handset. "Phone service with multiple options" Overall: Overall we use this is our office for our main line and it tracks all calls and voicemails to the main line.Pros: I like the capacity that it has to save and store all voicemail and numbers by date and time so there are no mishaps if someone accidentally deletes from their phone. I also like that you can check your records and recording remotely without needing a secure server or VPN.Cons: I do not like that I can't import messages or recordings to a line. "Great Product!" Pros: I like the ease of being able to log in from anywhere to adjust the phones, fax, check settings, etc.Cons: There is nothing I can say that I do not like about it.
"Great way to communicate with the rest of the team" Overall: It helps our team stay updated with what's going on in everybody's projects, very useful.Pros: It's very easy to use, just like any messaging apps. You can create groups and teams, easily share files and find old messages.Cons: It can be slow at times and there's still some bugs that need to be fixed.

"Ring Central (the future phone)" Overall: Benefits from Ring Central for me are the recorded lines. I deal with a lot of chargebacks and unhappy customers at times.
