Great video conferencing Pros: I have really enjoyed using ring central it is very user friendly. Our organization has never had any problems with any of our calls. It makes it easy for multiple participants to join in. Easy to set up meetings. This is an essential tool for your organization or company. Cons: I have not found anything negative so far Overall: Overall i would recommend this software! It makes having meetings a breeze!
"RingCentral is Awesome" Pros: My company has 35+ locations. We were using a hodge podge of POT providers and antiquated phone systems. RingCentral allowed us to upgrade phones without buying phone systems and saves my company $60000 annually.Cons: I don't like the queues.... I wish they functioned more like a hunt group
"Inexpensive and effective" Pros: RingCentral is relatively inexpensive to use and provides a full set of features. The flexibility provided by the interface on the computer and useful interface for Voicemail may make it better in some ways than a conventional phone system, especially because I can receive and make calls from my cell phone easily. "Ring Central" Overall: Ring Central allows my start up company to provide a phone system for cheap when we don't have land lines.Pros: I guess that I like you can make calls, leave messages, have a voice mail and text through one system via wifi on your computer or phone appCons: If your wifi is not strong your calls will drop. And then if you drop off wifi it sucks a lot of your data usage. Also, it's just not very functional when storing numbers and trying to view messages.
"Ring Central Review" Pros: I like that it keeps my personal phone number private, but I can take work calls when I am out and about if I need to.Cons: Sometimes it doesn't ring when I am not in wifi and it drains my phone battery.
"Reliable, but the price and contracts ruin it." Overall: The service has been fine but other services now days have more features for less money. We had 2 different service reps assigned to our account. One of the plans and general Q&A. "Yes. It is awesome!" Overall: This is simply huge improvement over the old time he phones. They have a great reputation. We have not even begun to implement all the features such as the integration between RingCentral and Zapier and our CRM to automatically send over call logs or notes.Pros: I can use this to call from anywhere. "Ring Ring!" Overall: The little things that bother me are not significant when choosing because overall, this is system would be my choice for a call service because of the HIPAA compliance, support and efficiency.Pros: SUPPORT!
