"Good phone system with good features" Pros: This phone system has a lot of nice features and the hardware and software are good and continue to develop.Cons: My biggest complaint with this does not really have to do with Ringcentral but it is something you should consider when looking. If you do not have a reliable internet service, you will be needing to restart the phones as they will go offline if there is a slight hiccup in your internet connection.
"Best Phone System out there" Overall: One of the best phone systems out there for ease of use and features.Pros: Great phone system and software. Each user can program their own features quickly and easily.Cons: It could use a scheduling feature so you could set your phone to forward at different times during the day.

"Ring central " Pros: LOVE the fact that I can make and receive phone calls. Extremely easy to navigate and have all calls recorded to verify any discrepancies. However more importantly, provide coaching to my people to improve customer satisfactionCons: Such an easy program to use and haven't had one complaint yet

"Great Service" Pros: Everything...user friendly. This is a great service!Cons: I really like the service. It is user friendly.
"Works sometimes" Pros: If you just use the phone app or just the computer app it works. Calls come in with good quality. Transferring the caller is very simple.Cons: If you are logged onto both the phone app and the computer app the caller can no longer hear you. If you are in a queue and tell it to decline it just keeps ringing. With headphones in if you have another meeting/system open, they can hear it ring and ring and ring.
