"Safe and Secure" Pros: The role that I play requires communication to a broad band of customers and people so its not always the best to have my personal phone number out there to all parties. It's nice that I can continue to reach out to people and grow the business without worrying about phone calls, texts all the hours of the day.Cons: The design estacic to the app could look a bit more professionall and clean.

We had all the employee on it and everybody love it.Pros: What I love about this phone system is you can have customers text message you! I've never had that with any phone company.Cons: Don't hate anything about it. The company is easy to work with.

"My experience with Ring Central" Pros: We own a installation business that installs different products for 5-7 Big Box Home Improvement Centers. We bought a new home in a different area code and poor landline phone service. Changing your phone number with a Big Box company is difficult and produces a lag time in several areas including fax and invoice payments from the Big Box.
