Work phone without the hassle Pros: RingCentral is a great way for me to be able to separate business and personal contacts while still using one phone. Rather than carry two phones around, (one for personal use and one for work) I opted to use a phone number through RingCentral for work conversations. It is nice to be able to use a business phone number, so I'm not giving out my personal phone number to customers, but still be able to use my own phone. "PBX in the Cloud - Big Look for Small Firms" Overall: Our customers continually remark that our presence and appearance is that of a much larger company - they are amazed that a small company can have such features as the automated attendant, directory listing, audio conferencing, faxing, etc that we have. "Solid product" Overall: This is a great product and makes more complex systems look outdated. Simple and easy to use.Pros: Ease of use, the ability to go landline and desk phone free without sacrificing quality of call.Cons: Some functionality and options could be improved

"Essential tool for our paperless (less paper) office!" Overall: We are trying to limit the amount of wasted paper and ink by creating documents only in PDF format for faxing. A reliable web-based fax services enables us to accomplish this goal.Pros: Able to fax from any work-station in our office, and even see incoming faxes from smart phone. Very affordable.Cons: The web-based interface can be a bit complicated to navigate. I generally use the desktop app.

"Perfect solution for a small office" Overall: I don't quite know how to answer this. Everyone loves my classical guitar "hold" music.Pros: I was just starting out on my own, and I needed a service without long term contracts that was affordably priced, and would also allow me to easily move locations without interruption of service. "Great service provider" Overall: This software allows me to get my calls on my mobile phone without having to give out my private number. It's nice that I can shut it off and turn it on anytime I want. I highly recommend this service.Pros: Very easy to learn and use. The software is intuitive and easy to learn.Cons: So far I have not found anything to complain about.

"Ring Central Plus" Overall: Mainly the advantage of having an 800 business linePros: I have enjoyed the ease of user and the Auto-Fax processCons: The Mail box extensions are a bit hard to interpret and use for muli-extensions
