"Essential tool for our paperless (less paper) office!" Overall: We are trying to limit the amount of wasted paper and ink by creating documents only in PDF format for faxing. A reliable web-based fax services enables us to accomplish this goal.Pros: Able to fax from any work-station in our office, and even see incoming faxes from smart phone. Very affordable.Cons: The web-based interface can be a bit complicated to navigate. I generally use the desktop app.
"Perfect solution for a small office" Overall: I don't quite know how to answer this. Everyone loves my classical guitar "hold" music.Pros: I was just starting out on my own, and I needed a service without long term contracts that was affordably priced, and would also allow me to easily move locations without interruption of service. "Great service provider" Overall: This software allows me to get my calls on my mobile phone without having to give out my private number. It's nice that I can shut it off and turn it on anytime I want. I highly recommend this service.Pros: Very easy to learn and use. The software is intuitive and easy to learn.Cons: So far I have not found anything to complain about.

Ring Central makes it very easy for any clients or future clients to get in touch with me toll free and appear as if they are contact me through an actual business office.Pros: Software is very easy to use and works flawlesslyCons: There is nothing I dislike about ring central software
"Easy Fax Solution" Overall: This is a simple solution for occasional faxing. It is very inexpensive and easy to set up.Pros: Ease of use and annual billing makes it a no maintenance software solution.Cons: Initially, it was difficult to navigate my login account, but that was quickly overcome. I rarely have to go online as the product works without any problems.
" Expensive but it works " Overall: Prior to using ring central we were using another VoIP service but we're experiencing several service issues and calling support was a dead end. Granted we were saving a lot more money with the prior service but we could no longer handle the downtime in our business.
