"Ring Central is Great!!" Pros: It is easy to use, convenient. It is very reliable and I love the way you can send instant messages. The teams feature is great.Cons: I have yet to find something that I do not like about this software
RingCentral - Contact Center Pros: This is highly custmizable and they have a number of resources you can use to get your contact center going. It also integrates with Salesforce with a live agent option. Cons: It is not as simple to use for the end user. They seem to have a lot of errors when using the contact center solution. "RingCentral Review" Pros: I love the call clarity and the ease of use to customize the many features.Cons: I don't have anything negative to say about Ringcentral. It's a great tool. Especially for a smaller business.
"User friendly software" Pros: I use RingCentral mainly to send and receive faxes. The software is very user friendly even for people unfamiliar with sending faxes online.Cons: It seems to be reasonably priced, but still is somewhat expensive for the few times a year I send faxes.
RingCentral allows me to make phone calls from home Pros: RingCentral can be used at work (via a regular phone) or on an app on my phone so that I have the option of working from home! Cons: When I get a voicemail, it will show that it was going to my direct extension, however, it went to all of my colleagues on the support team. It's a little misleading when you are trying to figure out who is the best person to call back.
"Ring Central for Medium Businesses" Overall: We use RingCentral daily as our main phone system and we have a customer call center that uses the phone system very heavily. In general we have not had any major downtime with RingCentral but we do have the strange glitches that cause some users headaches trying to get the softphone to work correctly for them. The phone system works most of the time but because we use Plantronics headsets there can be some tricky configuration that users have difficulties with from time to time.... read more
"Review" Pros: hardly have interruptions in usage. Easy to add more lines.Cons: Changing and customizing the hold music is difficult
"Great for fax line" Pros: I really enjoy having a faxes emailed to me. RingCentral does that well.Cons: I have not found anything I particularly dislike about RingCentral.
"Adequate but somewhat limited VoIP phone service" Pros: Ability to receive calls direct to my cell phone outside of the office.Cons: It still seems like I run into bugs or glitches occasionally and the programming to navigate incoming calls could be better. Sometime I have trouble forwarding calls to co-workers, something that should be simple and straightforward.
