"Amazing customer service!" Pros: Every time we needed help, their great personel were on the top of the task!Cons: Settings on the web page can be confusing, but nothing to be worried about.
If you need something for faxes Pros: I have never had a problem with faxes. Easy to send and you get confirmation so that you know it's sent. Plus you have the convenience of doing it through your email. Cons: The phone service would be why I'm split down the middle for them. I think the awkward connection confuses people and I have had dropped calls. I would rather them call me directly then deal with it at all.

Great for Small Virtual Law Office Pros: Ring Central is very configurable for many situations. We have a small law office with people working remotely so we have different call flows for different people. Ring Central can handle the differences. Also, I love having the app so I can check voicemails directly from my cell device. "RingCentral Office review" Overall: We have benefited from having after-hours calls/texts e-mailed to us, which we can choose to follow up during after office hours if we choose.Pros: That we can see any voicemails and text messages getting sent to our office phone number, and that Ring Central forwards voicemails and texts to our email addresses.Cons: Not much to dislike here - the only thing I can think of is signing in to begin your day - most days I don't need to sign in, I'm already ready to begin making calls.
