"Great phone system" Overall: We have had a few glitches but overall have been very happy with the product. We are committed to using it for our law firm's communications.Pros: Ring Central allows me to make and receive calls on my mobile phone without giving my clients my personal number. "We're replacing 50+ lines with Ringcentral" Overall: We're replacing 50+ landlines with Ringcentral lines in the next 12 months. It's so simple to reassign lines, reroute callers, and more. It's worth it to switch.Pros: Ringcentral lets me seamlessly add extensions, lines, change lines, and change line behaviors. Things I used to have the phone company come look at, and would take a week, now take minutes. Very functional Pros: We use this phone software at my job instead of giving us all individual phones for the company. Its easy to find, easy to use and very convenient to have! We call online all the time and it lets us be bale to text and call the clients we need to get a hold of easily. It's hard to miss a phone call too when it's on your computer and it will ring through your headset. "RingCentral makes staying connected work" Overall: RingCentral VoIP has left a lasting impression on me as it will definitely be my go to whenever working for another company that uses anything else or if I start a company on my own.Pros: I used RingCentral on the job for answering support calls. "VoIP solution on the expensive end" Pros: RingCentral is definitely on the feature rich side and is accessible almost anywhere.Cons: Pricing could be revised, also there are some bugs that we have encountered such as interference between calls, loss of notifications out of nowhere - which is fixed by logging out and logging back in only.
"The best CYA on the market" Pros: This feature has literally saved us Thousands of dollars in lawsuit avoidance, evictions, and confirming what was aid via phone callCons: It should be included with Ring Central. I don't think it should cost extra
"Synchronization king..." Overall: All in all, RingCentral is a Value for Money ProductPros: The feature I love is the hot key: F6 Highlight (Select) the phone number on screen and press F6 and you are done.Cons: The sync sped at times slows down with the lowering of internet speed.
"Easy VoIP Solution for Big or Small Businesses" Overall: Smooth. Calls are clear, texting is easy and convenient, and being able to quickly set and change office hours, greetings, etc has made my work life much simpler.Pros: The softphone for RC is super easy to use, and the texting with attachments is a Godsend.
